Drupal – Devel theme developer not appearing

Why oh why is the ‘theme developer’ option not appearing under the Development block. (Drupal 6.20 Devel 6.x-1.23)
Anyone with any ideas?
A. Theme Developer has been moved to it’s own module called Devel Theme Developer – you can download it from here. After you copy the module over you will again see ‘Theme Developer’ where is should be.
