WordPress – can’t edit post

I’m unable to edit my posts – all the copy is there but the text is white on a white background. I can highlight the text and even make some changes but I’m working blind. Also the post editor won’t enter ‘Visual’ mode – I’m stuch in HTML view.

If you’re facing this problem there are three things to check and honestly your problem will be fixed.

1. Try re-uploading the folders wp-admin and wp-includes from a fresh copy of WordPress.

2. Try disabling all your plugin(s) to see if it’s a plugin related problem

3. Try switching to a WordPress built-in theme to see if it’s a theme related issue.
